Four core features, no fluff:
1. Train SAMMY
Feed in knowledge, run sessions with SAMMY, use SAMMY to train people internally. SAMMY is a living brain and the goal is for it to reach human level understanding of your product and processes.
2. SAMMY Guides
Write a snippet, give your customer a bespoke answer. Works where you work - in-app, Slack, and email. Personalized, instantaneous support that feels human.
3. Analytics
You really start to understand your users when you can HEAR how they respond. Combine that with what they saw and you've got the perfect information for improving SAMMY and, most importantly, improving your product.
4. Works directly in Slack
@SAMMY in slack and either send a guide your colleagues have already made or create one in a few seconds.
Here's our roadmap:
Upselling. SAMMY is creepily good at upselling but this is a sensitive topic so we're working hard to get it right. If you'd like to be a beta user, reach out.
Something for product teams. Product teams love SAMMY analytics, we're working on summaries but I know we can go further.
Web scrapers to populate SAMMY brain. Automatically gather and organize information from across the web to keep SAMMY's knowledge current.
