SAMMY Service Description.

SAMMY is a compliance automation platform. It compiles regulatory rules and your documented operating procedures into deterministic, interpretable engines that check your records against those rules, flag exceptions, and generate reports for your internal use. Deterministic means the same inputs always produce the same outputs, and every finding traces back to the specific rule and record that produced it.

• Rule compilation: encodes statutes, regulations, and your documented operating procedures into executable rule engines, across multiple jurisdictions. The regulations and jurisdictions covered for your deployment are confirmed in your Order Form.
• Auditing: runs the data you submit against those engines on demand or on a schedule, and reports exceptions with the rule and evidence behind each one. Engines are configured and validated using synthetic sample data you provide; you choose what to submit in production.
• Reporting: produces analyses and reports for your internal use.
• Support: email support at support@sammylabs.com; response targets, where agreed, are set out in your Order Form.

• Your data. Findings are only as accurate as the records you provide. SAMMY validates format and internal consistency but cannot detect information that is missing from, or misstated in, your source systems.
• Your procedures. Where engines encode your operating procedures, you are responsible for those procedures being accurate and up to date.
• Regulatory scope. Coverage is limited to the regulations and versions listed in your Order Form or documentation. Rules outside that scope are not checked.

• Not legal or professional advice. SAMMY produces information, not advice, and no solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship is created. Outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate before you rely on them or file them.
• Not a guarantee of compliance. SAMMY reduces the effort and error rate of compliance work; responsibility for your compliance with applicable law remains yours.
• Not a system of record. SAMMY analyses data from your source systems; it does not replace them.
• Not a filing service. SAMMY does not prepare or submit filings or reports to any regulator.

We may improve or modify features, and we will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid term. Material changes to this description or to our security commitments are communicated by email and reflected on this page and our security page.
